Better than Shake'n Bake Pork Chops
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 unseasoned dry breadcrumbs
1 tbsp canola oil
3/4 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp salt
4 lean pork chops (about 1 1/4 pounds)
Preheat oven to 425°. Line sheet pan with foil.
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, except the pork chops.
Moisten pork chops slightly with water, and coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place pork chops on a baking sheet, lightly coat with cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes, or until done (about 145°F)
