Guacamole Veggie Burger

Ingredients

Guacamole

2 avocados

1 tbsp. lime juice

2 tbsp. red onion finely chopped

2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

4 Morningstar Farms Spicy Black bean burgers

4 slices low fat American cheese

4 hamburger buns

lettuce, sliced tomato

1. Place the ingredients for the guacamole in a small bowl and mash with a fork until combined. Taste for seasoning.

2. Meanwhile, place the burgers on a grill over medium heat and grill until cooked through. Then flip and place a slice of American cheese on each burger.

3. When cheese is melted, remove and place on a hamburger bun, top with lettuce, tomato and a good helping of guacamole
