Luscious Lemon Slim Smoothie
1/3 cup low fat milk
1 tbsp. lemon sugar-free instant pudding mix
1/3 plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice (optional)
1 cup crushed ice
1. Place the milk and pudding mix in a blender. Blend briefly. Let pudding set up for one minute.
2. Add the water, yogurt, and lemon juice, if using. Blend to mix, add crushed ice, and blend on high until the ice is completely incorporated. Service immediately.
